Types of documents		Things to keep in
1	Application for admission	School-designated form	Your name must be filled in with the name on your passport.
2	Resume Reasons for attending school	School-designated form	Please state your educational and work experience to date so that there are no blanks. Please state the location of the school to the end. Please write the reasons for attending school in detail according to your educational and work experience.
3	Diploma of the last educational background	Haramoto	Diploma or diploma
4	Transcript of the last academic background	Haramoto	The results from enrollment to graduation are listed.
5	Certificate of Study	Haramoto	If you are currently in a high school or university.
6	Transcripts	Haramoto	If you are currently in a high school or university.
7	Certificate of Japanese Language Learning	Haramoto	Proof that you have Japanese language proficiency in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5 (4th grade or higher). Certificate of Japanese language education for more than 150 hours at the local Japanese language school.
8	Passport	a copy	If you have a history of entering Japan, please also submit a copy of the page where you can understand the immigration.
9	8 photos		4cm wide x 3cm wide, taken within 3 months. Please write your name, nationality and date of birth on the back.

Documents submitted by the expense supporter

1. When a parent or relative living overseas pays expenses

3	Bank passbook copy	For the past three years
4	Certificate of Employment, etc.	If you are an employee, you must have a certificate of employment. If you are self-employed, please make a copy of your business license. In the case of company officers , such as a copy of the company registry
5	Certificate of income	Original, for the past three years
6	Certificate of tax payment	The original, which shows the amount of income or income for the past three years
7	A document proving the relationship between the applicant and the expense supporter	Kinship notarized documents, birth certificates, etc.

2. When a relative living in Japan pays expenses

3. When the applicant himself/herself pays expenses
